Return and Refund Policy

As Velmora Pet Boutique, we prioritize customer satisfaction.

Return Conditions

We accept return requests in the following situations:

Product delivered damaged/broken
Wrong product sent
Wrong size or color selected

Return Period

You can request a return within 15 days from the date you receive the product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return Process

Send an email to velmorapetboutique@gmail.com with your order number and, in cases of damaged/wrong products, photos showing the issue.
After your request is reviewed, you will be provided with return instructions.
Once the product reaches us, your payment will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Fee

For returns due to damaged or incorrect products, the shipping fee will be covered by us.
For returns due to incorrect size/color selection, the shipping fee will be covered by us.

Refund

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. The processing time may vary between 3-10 business days depending on your bank.
